Cattle stop eating for many different reasons, but what happens to their stomach is the same. First, the pH changes. Then the healthy microorganisms die off making the stomach ineffective at digesting what little the animal may be eating. Rapid Rumen Factors is designed to address and help all these factors.
First, it adjusts the pH of the stomach. Second, it contains a source of live, viable, naturally-occurring microorganisms and a food supply to help them survive and multiply on their own. Once a more normal stomach is reestablished, most animals will begin eating. Rapid Rumen Factors is not a drug. What caused the animal to stop eating needs to be determined and treated for Rapid Rumen Factors to work effectively.

Mix one heaping measure (125 grams) with one quart of water and administer orally by drench to ruminants weighing between 150-400lbs. Mix two heaping measures (250 grams) with two quarts of water and administer orally by drench to ruminants weighting between 400-800lbs. Mix three heaping measures (375 grams) with four quarts of water and administer orally by drench to ruminants weighing between 800-1500lbs. Drench every 6-12 hours until appetite resumes.
